Frequently Asked Questions

BookingAre lessons refundable?

Lessons are refundable if canceled by 5:00 PM on the day before the lesson. During high season, we cannot make exceptions to this policy.

ClothingWhat clothing should I wear?

For a comfortable day on the slopes, wear breathable thermal layers and waterproof outerwear. Bring gloves, a neck warmer, a helmet, sunglasses or ski goggles, and adjust layers as the weather changes.

SkipassIs a Skipass required?

Yes. A ski pass is required to use the lifts. For beginner children, we usually suggest a 10-point pass; for other skiers, a 4-hour or full-day pass is generally more practical.

RatesAre rental and skipass included in the lesson price?

No. Lesson prices do not include equipment rental or the ski pass. We can point guests to nearby partner rental shops with reserved conditions for our clients.

PlaceWhere do the lessons start?

Lessons start at Bormio 2000. Please arrive at the agreed meeting point at least 5 minutes before your lesson time.
